This was my first experience purchasing a car. I stopped and a number of dealerships just to browse and at each one I felt pressured and hassled. That was definitely not the case at West Metro. I worked with Corey Nelson who was very easy to work with (as was everyone I was in contact with at the dealership). I never once felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle and Corey did a wonderful job answering all my questions I had, which were many considering this was my first purchase. As I was leaving I was fortunate enough to speak with the owner briefly. At the time I didn't know Jeff was the owner and I would have never imagined it based on how friendly and down to earth he was. He was a genuinely a very nice guy. I have also went back for regular service on my vehicle and Jamie is also wonderful to work with. Her customer service and basic knowledge is second to none. I would highly recommend West Metro to anyone who is consider purchasing a new or used vehicle. More
