Wayne Akers Ford has a lot to learn about communication. I can’t even express how poor it is in this survey, but it has driven me to now trade my vehicle in to another deal to never have to go to them again I can’t even express how poor it is in this survey, but it has driven me to now trade my vehicle in to another deal to never have to go to them again. I have had issues since I bought the vehicle from them with Service, multiple times, and I mean every time I have ever brought my vehicle there, and now with their collision center as well, just poor communication from everyone working there. This last visit was the worst of them all, having the vehicle for 14 days and not even addressing the issue I brought it in for. Terrible service from them. In my experiences, what makes or breaks a company is not the purchase of the said item, but the experiences you have when there is a problem with it and my experiences with their service post purchase has been aweful. I am glad to be getting rid of this vehicle and to be free from this dealership permanently. More

Service department terrible had to do their job for them. Techs seem lazy and an unable. This service department experience alone has been enough to make me never want to buy from this dealership again. Lack Techs seem lazy and an unable. Lack of communication on loaners for service work becomes the customer‘s problem financially days later.. inspires a lack of faith and an unwillingness to pay for my extended warranty because the service department can’t get my truck right with just the factory warranty. Everything was well as I had 'The Works' done and the wait time was acceptable. My only critique is that the next day, my dashboard lit up with the message: 'battery strength is low; replace soon.' After the service was completed and paid, it took over an hour to deliver my car. It turns out the employee, Consuela, who was tasked with pulling my car around left my keys in another vehicle that was deli hour to deliver my car. It turns out the employee, Consuela, who was tasked with pulling my car around left my keys in another vehicle that was delivered. At first she lied and said she never got the keys from the cashier. There was no urgency from Consuela to correct the error as she was called several times by the cashier to find the keys. Then she realized she had left my keys in the car she delivered prior to my my car. Now we had to wait for the other vehicle to return to the dealer before they could retrieve my keys, inconveniencing two customers. Consuela offered no apology for theverror, just excuses that she is not a porter. Finally a supervisor came to the service departmdnt, Didgo, who did nothing but escalate the situation. There was no apologies from any of the staff, with the exception of the cashier. The vehicle was delivered with grease stains to both the interior upholstery and exterior as well. The service provided was completely unsatisfactory. More
