I found ‘the one’ at Newton Nissan one night and sent an inquiry online about it. I had an email and text with a personal video and detailed information in my inbox from Collin Gervais before 9:30 the next morning. I called to make an appointment to see it the next day, and even though we showed up an hour early, he had it up front and ready for us to test drive! I started my car journey by leasing a Rouge in 2015. Fast forward to 2018, a few visits to the service department, and much travel later I came back to make this car officially mine. My buying experience was extremely relaxed and Collin made sure that not only did I feel comfortable with my decisions, but he also did not pressure me into other options. He listened to what I wanted, gave suggestions and made the process run with ease. Working with Dave in the finance department was just as wonderful. He made sure to lay everything out in layman's terms and not once did I feel overwhelmed with numbers and options.
