Unable to purchase but the most pleasant car shopping experi I was contacted about trading up to a new model Altima. Though the drive was a bit far for me it was the best experience I've had. Realistically because I just got out of a bankruptcy in May, unless I had a co-signer there wasn't much they could do. The only other alternative would have been a huge down payment. At first glance you would think that would be very defeating news however the overall atmosphere and demeanor of everyone was so pleasant I took the news in stride. Normally you spend hours haggling over a deal you'll never be approved for or an offer you can't afford. It was refreshing to just get the facts and go home versus wasting so much unnecessary time. I will definitely be going back when my financial situation gets better. More

Went Above and Beyond I contacted Collin by chat on the website. He was able to reduce the length of the time I spent at the dealer by preparing the paperwork before our a I contacted Collin by chat on the website. He was able to reduce the length of the time I spent at the dealer by preparing the paperwork before our arrival on Saturday. We had been looking at used Jukes, but had decided to buy a new one that was exactly what she wanted. Once there, I told Collin that it was a surprise for my daughter. Collin took her on a test drive, playing along the whole time. When they returned and still in character, Collin informed her that is was a new 2015. She immediately went into a disappointed look, thinking we were only looking at used. I asked her what she thought about it. She said she loved it! I told her that was good because it was hers. Her reaction was priceless. She covered her mouth with her hands and teared up with happiness. This was one of those lifetime memories that wouldn't have been possible without Collin. Thank you Collin, she still hasn't stopped smiling. She actually went out and set in it the next morning, thinking it may have been a dream. Barry Bowles More

He found the rebates, helped me decide what package I needed and kept us within our budget. Within a couple of hours, he and the finance manager, Anthony, had all the papers ready for me to sign. Sam even showed me around so I would feel comfortable when I come in for oil changes. Newton Nissan is such a great place! My husband was happy that all he had to do was come in after work and sign his name. Our Cayenne Red Rogue was ready to go home with us. We couldn't be more delighted! Sam showed us how to work every gadget before we left with our new Nissan.
