This woman who swore she'd never drive one couldn't sleep the night before because she was so excited. They were able to do everything over email and phone, so when I walked in I just needed to sign. We've had some killer experiences before, so we definitely had our guard up. But Colin was wonderful and patient. The cookies in the waiting area didn't hurt either. :) More
