However, out of nowhere, Cody, the general manager, called to inform me that the car I had signed for was no longer available. This is completely unacceptable. I had been negotiating for days to secure that specific car, and I expect the dealership to honor our agreement. Not only am I writing this review, but I will also be escalating this matter to Ethos HR because this behavior is beyond unprofessional. I signed for that specific car and invested significant time in this process, only to be told that they don’t want to sell it to me. I was never informed that the car was sold; it’s clear they are merely choosing not to follow through on the sale. The general manager should not be engaged in deceptive practices by claiming the car is sold when it is not, simply because they don’t want to complete the sale with me. I demand accountability and a resolution to this situation. More
