AWESOME Awesome Customer Service – This is the first time I dealt with Cody and he exceeded my expectations. I saw an MKX parked in front of the show window a Awesome Customer Service – This is the first time I dealt with Cody and he exceeded my expectations. I saw an MKX parked in front of the show window and stopped to test drive it. I told Cody I purchase my vehicles from my son in law in New Jersey but wanted to see if I liked the MKX vs. an Explorer. Cody understood and still took the time to take me for a test drive and explain the features of the MKX. I told him the features I wanted in the vehicle and he knew exactly which model would work for me. He followed up with me the next day with prices and to see if I had any questions. Great Customer Service - went the extra mile! We originally were going to buy used 2014 Lincoln MKS. Cody had it ready to go, washed and checked over. On our way back to dealership to pick it up and sign papers, We changed our minds and decided to look at buying the new 2017 Lincoln Continental. Cody had no idea what we were about to do. After getting back to Forrester's, we told Cody what we were thinking and within a few min, the continental was put over and sitting in front for us to test drive. Didn't even have to ask for the car to be pulled over. We drove it, fell in love with it and decided to buy it. The entire Forrester team went to work washing the Continental and getting it ready to go. We kept the entire team after hours to finish everything, but they all gladly stayed and went above and beyond with providing us the best customer service I've ever seen. No one complained or made us feel like we were causing them to have to stay and work late. They treated us like we were the most important customers they've ever had! I love my purchase and it was nice to feel special and be treated with such urgency by Cody and the entire Forrester Team. Cody even bought us a special Lincoln Chrome front license plate, just because I liked it. Great team - they have my business for life! More
