I contacted the dealership regarding the car; I test drove it that same day and the salesman, Clifton, did a spectacular job having it ready to test drive for me. Clifton made me feel very welcomed with his kind demeanor and genuine politeness. During the test drive, I typically focus on the flaws of the vehicle so I can consider all the variables (cost, maintenance, things that need to be done, parts I really like, etc.). However, Clifton's kindness shined through all the flaws of the vehicle, as we had a great time talking about random things, including the car and how wonderful it is. After I test drove the vehicle, I asked for a day to think; Clifton obliged and he was very considerate. The next day, Clifton reach out to me; we scheduled a time for me to stop by to ask more questions (I am a cautious buyer). I got in the car and asked a few more questions which Clifton answered superbly. I went ahead and said "let's do it" and we began the process. It took about 20 minutes from agreeing to purchase the vehicle to driving away. The process was easy, transparent and simply superlative. I got a wonderful deal and Clifton did an excellent job guiding me through the entire process. More
