Valet service I pulled in to the service area without an appt. and the valet person was very polite and accommodating. The advisor that I dealt with answered all my questions and told me that he would call me back as soon as they checked my car to give me an exact cost and time frame. They diagnosed my Acura's problem that same day about 2 hours later and had it fixed the next day by lunch time. Was pleasantly surprised that an involved procedure was fixed so quickly. Would highly recommend Acura Columbus Service dept. to any Acura owner. More
