He explained everything and kept me informed. The reason I gave a 3 is the same issue I have with all car dealerships. How can it possibly take you, and other dealerships, over an hour to do the same thing that takes Express Oil 15-20 minutes? Is it bad planning, bad management, not enough people, what? It is extremely frustrating to sit there for an hour. I have been to many Express Oil facilities and it really takes 15-20 minutes.
