Cire was great and the staff overall was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. We did have to wait about 30-40 minutes between agreeing on the price and seeing finance to sign the lo knowledgeable about what we were looking for. I was more than a little frustrated and taken aback when I met with Chase (I think?) in Finance since I was under the impression that the price/monthly payment that we agreed to in the front room covered the extended warranties we specifically said we wanted, which wasn't the case. The payment I was shown in the back was over $200/month MORE than the already high payment I agreed to up front, which handcuffed me to either walk away, not protect my expensive vehicle or to cut a check for a large sum of money.
