David responded promptly to e-mails and, when I came in to get the car, walked me through all the features of the car and advised on some of the settings I was unfamiliar with. Even when presenting options for additional protections and warranties, Chyrlyn was informative about my choices and transparent about the pricing for those (and how they can add up). It was clear throughout the process that the desire here is to help you find and get the car/options you want, not pressure you into things. More
