Chuck over at Audi went way over beyond any of his duties of helping my family and I from being stranded out of state, away from our home in Texas, with no where to go. Our car died leaving a pharmacy and I had my toddler, dad, dog, and luggage and since Covid has made everything difficult and being a Saturday afternoon, transportation wasn't easy to get or find anywhere. He made phones call for me and eventually we got a solution that worked! He definitely saved the day and this family! Upon picking up my car, he greeted me and was very personable and made sure I was taken care of! He showed top notch customer service! More
