I was a bit undecided what vehicle would be the perfect choice for my wife and I so I test drove a RAV4 to get a feel of the drivability and size. It was a busy Saturday and I wasn't ready to buy but Chuck never made me feel like I was wasting his time. I test drove a Prius V from another local dealer the same day who flat out told me I should come back when it's slower in the middle of the week for test drives. The finance person who took care of us they gave us a percentage rate that was high so we asked if they could get a lower rate they said let me look and she went to check Toyota and got a lower percentage rate. they should have Given us the best percentage rate to fulfill our needs as a customer they should have checked all the Bank percentage rates. if we did not mention it we would have been paying a higher percentage rate. Thats why I gave the poor review but other than that it would have been a 5 star* I give Chuck a 5* rating! More
