This place wrecked a rental I left on thier lot. 0 accountability. No call back from the GM. We won't be using this dealership again because of this incident. An employee likely backed a truck into 0 accountability. No call back from the GM. We won't be using this dealership again because of this incident. An employee likely backed a truck into the rental and drove away, shirking responsibility. The GM was useless, and didn't even call me back, even though he said he would. Due to thier cavalier attitude regarding this problem, we will NOT be taking either impala back to this dealership. I hope they are satisfied! More

Huge Disappointment We chose this dealership both for nostalgic reasons and to help support small(er) town businesses but we weren't pleased. While our salesperson was e We chose this dealership both for nostalgic reasons and to help support small(er) town businesses but we weren't pleased. While our salesperson was exceptional, the process was actually upsetting. An out-the-door price was agreed upon, form initialed that price would not change but then it was. It seems that someone overlooked the extra cost of a title transfer. That should not have been on us. Further we'd asked that maybe a little more than half a tank of gas be placed in the vehicle for goodwill's sake since we'd now traveled 4 hours to purchase the vehicle. We were assured the tank would be "topped off." There was less than 3/8 of a tank supplied. Three strikes and you're out. . .and that occurred when another customer came in and asked for the person who was to instruct us on the technology of the vehicle. We were left so that someone else...more important? purchasing a more expensive vehicle? . . .could be taken care of. No wait time was offered so we left NEVER to return!! These issues were addressed within 24 hours with the salesman but there was no apology or settlement - only excuses. More
