Jean was the first face to greet us through the doors and led us on an impressive facility tour. Jean took the time to get to know us, cater to our needs, and make us feel like family. Our conversations many times derailed as we spoke of our families and values, just as real people should. We felt heard and valued. As a result, we will be back as recurring toyota customers thanks to Jean and the entire st augustine team. Congratulations on your continued success Beaver Toyota! We are so proud! More
