I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation, as well as a recall fix on the diesel ECM, a broken bracket on the visor, and a dead battery for the auto start/stop. They called toward the end of the day and explained that since they only had one qualified diesel technician that it would be an additional day to complete the work. (Which was fine with me). The following day I called around 2:00pm to see if it was finished, but ended up leaving a voicemail. About an hour later a technician called to explain the car was finished and I could pick it up. Everything was completed as requested and as I went to leave I noticed the garage door opener was missing (they replaced the whole visor that had the broken bracket). After speaking with a technician they were able to find my garage door opener and I went happily on my way. More
