My 2013 f-150 had an open recall for a transmission problem. I made an appointment. Upon arrival I was met at service. All my info was taken and I was told it would be about 1 hour. She informed me the software update had not fixed the problem. They had also preformed an extensive safety check on the truck. All was done with no charge. The recall was covered by Ford and the inspection was done as a courtesy. I am always pleased when I interact with Tasca Motor group. More
