From the start of my pursuit to find a car via the internet until I drove off the lot with my 1st Volvo, Chris Gough demonstrated the ultimate customer service. I had an appointment scheduled because I live out of state. As I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by a welcoming friendly associate named Teresa. I say this because I have had a BMW for the past 7 years and the dealership I dealt with was the opposite environment, they lacked professionalism and people skills. Chris truly listened to my preferences. He was genuine and had patience-he went above and beyond. He was supposed to get off work by 4pm, yet, he stayed 3 hours more, to assure that my new vehicle was prepped and to provide me with an orientation and demonstrate all the features. He made sure before I pulled away that I did not have any further questions and informed me to call him back with any concerns. Most people fill out surveys to complain, yet I feel it is necessary to fill them out to recognize people that are top-notch and take pride in what they do, so their employer will realize what an asset they have on their team. Thanks for your friendly smile & conversation Teresa and thank you for your phenomenal service Chris, I am truly grateful. I also encountered a few other pleasant people: Jennifer in Finance and then they guys who prepped the vehicle. Everyone was friendly and I really value that.
