This is our second lease car through Volvo Lisle and we love, love, love our Volvos and have been happy with all of our experiences with Volvo Lisle. Chris was great with helping us figure out which would love, love, love our Volvos and have been happy with all of our experiences with Volvo Lisle. Chris was great with helping us figure out which would be best for us whether buying our lease out or leasing another vehicle. We ordered our second Volvo to get all the specifications we wanted and Chris kept us updated often as to when it was projected to come in. We just picked it up today and Chris was so thorough in getting everything set up and making sure all our questions were answered. We had such a great experience and love Volvo so much that my husband is considering getting a Volvo when the lease is up on his car next year! More

He was always prepared, answered all of our questions and had great command of all details concerning the vehicle we purchased. This was especially noticeable during our discussions on each model and when he sat with us to go over how the vehicle and multitude of options work after the sale. He is the best vehicle salesperson that we have ever worked with. The back-office support and Service Dept has always been outstanding at this dealership. I have learned to not have high expectations for car dealers, so this was mostly a pleasant surprise. Prompt communication, and no outright lying, which was nice. The one thing that bugged me was that I dealers, so this was mostly a pleasant surprise. Prompt communication, and no outright lying, which was nice. The one thing that bugged me was that I had no choice but to pay $1500 or so for paint and fabric protection I didn’t want. It seems like a sneaky way to say you’re not charging above MSRP in this crazy market but in actual fact are doing just that. More
