I am not Jose! ! I have told you that multiple times, I have unsubscribed but nothing works - If your service to cars is like your administration - confusing Honda ! The service department does a good job as usual. Service advisor was polite and kept us informed. The down side of this visit was literally being locked in the restroom for almost 30 minutes. (D Service advisor was polite and kept us informed. The down side of this visit was literally being locked in the restroom for almost 30 minutes. (Door lock was broken in the Locked position). New Britain police officer was there break the door down. After this ordeal, would of been nice if somebody from management would of apologized! More

This was the first time in my 10 years of being a customer that I had to bring my car back after a repair appointment. Luckily, the problem was addressed fairly quickly. It was also the first time customer that I had to bring my car back after a repair appointment. Luckily, the problem was addressed fairly quickly. It was also the first time I experienced a Schaller employee yelling at a customer, that was a little unsettling. I usually have a good experience when I bring my car to be service, I hope it continues. More
