The service department does a good job as usual. Service advisor was polite and kept us informed. The down side of this visit was literally being locked in the restroom for almost 30 minutes. This was the first time in my 10 years of being a customer that I had to bring my car back after a repair appointment. Luckily, the problem was addressed fairly quickly.
