Born and raised in Escondido, I'm the youngest of six siblings and a proud parent of two amazing kids. When I'm not at work, you'll usually find me at the baseball fields cheering on my son or on the soccer sidelines supporting my daughter. Family is a huge part of who I am, and I bring those same values of trust, commitment, and reliability to my customers. Clients enjoy working with me because I'm transparent, responsive, and efficient. I believe in clear communication, honest guidance. I work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail, and I'm committed to making every interaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. My goal is to help people feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the entire process.

If I could give less than one star, I would. They claim to treat their customers fairly, but don’t honor deals they make. Our family recently returned to Escondido Hyundai to purchase another vehicle for our son, and once again, the experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Sales Manager George Bolano purchase another vehicle for our son, and once again, the experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Sales Manager George Bolanos for his outstanding customer service. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and took the time to truly listen to our needs. We also appreciated that he recognized us as returning customers from our vehicle purchase in May, which made us feel genuinely valued. Our salesperson, Jordan, was equally professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. From start to finish, everyone at Escondido Hyundai went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth, stress-free experience. After having a terrible experience at another dealership in May, the difference at Escondido Hyundai was remarkable. I would like to thank Christina Munoz,it was her persistence to get us to come in and experience the level of care the dealership had to offer. The entire staff treated us with respect, honesty, and courtesy, which is exactly why we chose to come back for another purchase. We couldn't be happier with our experience and have already recommended Escondido Hyundai to friends and family. Thank you, Escondido Hyundai, for consistently providing exceptional customer service and making your customers feel appreciated. We look forward to doing business with you again! More

I have purchased at least 10 new vehicles from dealerships and this was probably the easiest and smoothest transaction I have ever had. Christina is probably the best salesperson I have ever encou dealerships and this was probably the easiest and smoothest transaction I have ever had. Christina is probably the best salesperson I have ever encountered. No bait and switch, no over promising, nothing inaccurate - just getting me the car I wanted at the price I wanted. More
