I saw a used car (a Liincoln MKZ) on the internet and stopped in. I spoke with Alexis who showed me the car, took me for a test drive and explained many of the features. I checked out some others on the internet, none as nice as the one I saw at Plaza. Got a courtesy call from Brian and went back to look at the car again. Spoke with Kathy, talked about deals and I had to leave, just out of my price range. Brian called again and said that mebee we could work something out, spoke with Kathy again and we made the deal. I little more than I wanted to pay but the car was excellent, the staff was excellent and friendly. No high pressure, just a great car and lots of smiles all around. I'll be dealing with them again for my next purchase. Try them, you'll like them. More
