I’ve been trying to deal with the finance department to get a refund and have met with very limited information from Christine. That is the not so great part. I reached out to the dealer and contacted Ivan who had sold the vehicle to my sister. She said that he was a really nice guy and I have to agree. He was very professional and patient and assisted me when I brought the car in to see if they were interested in purchasing it back. I was introduced to the used sales manager Bob. We sat down and worked out a very fair deal. This process was quick and professional, and I really found the dealership to be a nice experience. They have a great deal of luxury vehicles and I highly recommend you go in to take a look. They are very customer friendly. More
