I was very disappointed that in Finance I was given a series of forms to sign. After just automatically signing many forms, then there was one that asked which of three levels of warranty I wanted. This was confusing and I simply chose "standard" because I thought this was about the standard 36 month warranty, and signed the form. It was not clearly explained that this was an extended warranty, and NO price was mentioned. When the forms and final invoice were printed out, I noticed the price had increased by more than $2,800 over the original quote. At this point I did reject the extended warranty, and the forms had to be printed again. More
