Christian was knowledgeable about the features on all the cars in the showroom. He was very helpful in making a deal with me that worked. it was a pleasure doing business with Genesis of Smithtown and our very knowledgeable salesman Christian Reyes. No agressive selling tactics. Did not try to put me in a model I did not want. Was ve Smithtown and our very knowledgeable salesman Christian Reyes. No agressive selling tactics. Did not try to put me in a model I did not want. Was very up front with what was available and what was not and did not give us false promises as to when a model was available. Once our vehicle was secured, he provided an excellent hands on tutorial as to the vehicles features, prior to us leaving the lot. Finance part of the process was also smooth. There was only one attempt to sell us additional warranties and coverage and when it was politely denied, it was left at that. No hard selling at all. Overall a great purchasse experience at all ends. More
