Their inventory of cars was more than adequate to meet our needs. We were treated fairly and respectfully. Based on this experience we would recommend the O'Brien dealership to others. More

My O'Brien Hyundai Experience Driving into the dealership I was met be Walter Bonsignore. He greeted me warmly and asked if I was looking for a particular vehicle. When I stated Driving into the dealership I was met be Walter Bonsignore. He greeted me warmly and asked if I was looking for a particular vehicle. When I stated what I wanted, he led me straight to the exact vehicle configured the way I asked for and invited me to take a test drive. He explained how everything worked and answered all my questions in a professional and courteous way. When I decided that this was the vehicle I wanted to purchase I met with Rex and we sat down and hashed out a deal we were both comfortable with including the value of my trade-in ( 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid). I met with Chris in finance and Kate in customer service and they explained all I needed or wanted to know about my new Elantra. The car was prepared and detailed immaculately and I was out the door in less than 4 hours. I am very happy with my experience at O'Brien Hyundai. More

Sante Fe Purchase Working with Todd Pruitt was a joy and his professionalism far exceeds the norm. I would definitely recommend his services. I was a bit disappointed t Working with Todd Pruitt was a joy and his professionalism far exceeds the norm. I would definitely recommend his services. I was a bit disappointed that the contract had been printed with two service plans with over $1600 in charges. This was not agreed upon in advance and they presumptuously inserted into the purchase and sales agreement. Had I been informed of these options beforehand I could have told them not to include on the contract which I had to come back to the dealership to cancel. Overall a good experience and especially working with Todd! More
