Service was very good. However, I was very disappointed with the extended warranty that I purchased from Davis when I purchased my new car from them. I have not used it to date (owned the car for 5 years) with the extended warranty that I purchased from Davis when I purchased my new car from them. I have not used it to date (owned the car for 5 years). I have a door gasket falling apart and expected the warranty to cover the replacement. No such luck. If I want it replaced it will cost $271. Last time I will buy an extended warranty. What a waste of money. More

I came into the dealership for routine maintenance at 150k miles and mentioned that I might need new tires. As a previous BMW owner I am pretty sure they would have replaced the tires happily charging me because I asked for them. They did not sell me tires that day, but they sold me a set when the times comes in the future. Honesty is the best policy! I will definitely have to think twice about leaving Acura or Davis at this point. More
