I had a great experience with both Jhanifor and Mike. Jhanifor reached out to me to let me know a Ferrari FF had come in and set up a test drive with me right away. I loved it and made it mine. Dropped off car for annual check up and service. I dealt with Chris Williams and found him to be very professional. He was courteous and kept me well informed about what was going on. I had frogott I dealt with Chris Williams and found him to be very professional. He was courteous and kept me well informed about what was going on. I had frogotten my cell phone and left it in the car when I dropped it off and he had someone drop it buy the hotel where I was staying - that's service! If I were to offer any suggestions, it would be to also give the customer a feel for how much things will cost. Sometimes, you don't know in advance, but a ball park estimate would be fine for me. More

Annual Service/Sticky trim replacement Chris and the entire service department did a great job! I recently took my car in for annual service and to have the "sticky" buttons addressed. Whe Chris and the entire service department did a great job! I recently took my car in for annual service and to have the "sticky" buttons addressed. When I took the car in, I was personally in a time crunch to get the car back for a graduation parade. -It came down to the last minute and all involved went over and above; from what I understand they even stayed late to get the car completed on time. Everyone there went above and beyond the call of duty- And the new buttons look great! NO MORE STICKY'S!!!! More
