Well I have to say I was shocked when I was advised that it would be 3-weeks to get my truck diagnostically tested for the transmission. Once it was diagnosed, the issue was corrected fairly quick. Extended warranty insurance guy came out to look at it within two days and OK to have a torque converter replaced on it. And so far so good 1 week out. The bad part is you have to leave the vehicle there for the whole period of time it takes for your vehicle to get to diagnostic testing. So we can’t be sitting there in the lot for weeks. I can only assume this is because they are backed up severely. However, if there’s time as far as the work, I have to say they did a good job go far and they even found a leaking oil cooler line. So all in all it was a good experience with the exception of my vehicle sitting there for three weeks just to be diagnostically test tested. More
