My family and I have dealt with Joseph Toyota for about 10 years. Buying both new and used cars. My sales guy, Chris Ward, is always personable and ready to help me out. As with this case, my sons car, purchased from Joseph Toyota burned. There was a used one, exact same model just a year more current, but they can’t put the used ones on hold. He went to the GM and had it approved, so when we had time to get there, it would still be available. Also had to sell my husbands car, and Chris made sure I had a ride home. The whole experience at Joseph Toyota is awesome.
