Absolutely amazing. Second Time coming here, and no disappointment whatsoever. I live in Tampa and needed a new car, and didn't even think twice to go anywhere but here. They are so informative, courteous, relaxed, hard working that they make car buying a breeze! Chris has done an amazing job, down to our sales associate Lisa(just fantastic!), Mark nice guy, Doug jumped into help, and Christopher is the bomb.com. Do yourself a favor and buy a car here😁! More

Mr. Toraine Campbell is an outstanding Sales consultant. Extremely helpful and down to earth. Most importantly he is not overbearing and made our car buying experience worth the time invested. The financial department needs some work on communication techniques. Final price was good but took a lot of work to get there. Do your homework on fees. Over all a much better dealership experience than the majority I dealt with in the JAX area. More

I had a great experience at the Volkswagen dealership. They worked extremely hard to get me approved for a car and I'm so thankful to everyone that was involved. If only there was a way to leave ZERO STARS. .. I have never been one to leave feedback or complaints for any customer service experience...until now. I stopped at Volkswagen of Orange Park Wedne .. I have never been one to leave feedback or complaints for any customer service experience...until now. I stopped at Volkswagen of Orange Park Wednesday for an oil change. The service department said it would take 1.5 hours, so I made an appointment for Friday. I arrived for my 10:30am appointment at 10:20. I was told it would be about an hour, so I walked down to Collins Rd while I waited. I received an email with a video from the technician at 11:30, so I started walking back, thinking the car would be washed and ready. At 12:30 I was told they didn't have the oil filter in stock, it had to be ordered from Auto Zone. After ANOTHER HOUR, (1:30pm) the service department finally said the car was ready. I voiced my extreme displeasure with the service manager (very quietly in his office) and asked to have the owner, Mr. Hanania call me personally. The general manager called me and offered the obligatory apology. (sounded like the service manager that I'd already spoke to) I again asked to have Mr. Hanania call me directly. As of close of business, I still haven't received a call from Mr. Hanania. Now, I was forced to sit and wait 3 HOURS for an OIL CHANGE. At this point, no amount of glad handing will make this experience any less upsetting. The oil change and mileage maintenance was included in the service contract at the point of sale, so a free oil change offer is moot. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this dealer for even a light bulb replacement. I know I'll never do business with them again. And absolutely not when it comes time to purchase a new car. More
