I came in for an oil change. The dealership performed a software update for the emission system. This update was done without my knowledge or approval. My vehicle which I once loved now shifts different,takes more gas pedal to get moving or climb a hill, and my gas mileage has dropped.All from a non-approved software update I was not informed they were going to do. Work orders should be approved by the customer and no additional work done without their approval. I want my Kia to perform the way it did before their update. More
