First new car in 25 years I had not bought a car for many, many years so understandably I was apprehensive walking into this Subaru dealership. Chris Scarlett spent hours with I had not bought a car for many, many years so understandably I was apprehensive walking into this Subaru dealership. Chris Scarlett spent hours with me, taking me for test drives of several makes of car and then patiently explaining to me the different methods of payment. He facilitated the disposal of my old, unsafe automobile and then did all the legal paperwork necessary so that I could leave with my new Forester.
