Wow is the first word that pops into my mind and it isn’t a good wow. I went into the dealership this evening to assist my mom with some customer service issues she’s been experiencing and I never thought an a good wow. I went into the dealership this evening to assist my mom with some customer service issues she’s been experiencing and I never thought any company with “such good service” would act the way the manager did tonight. When a GENERAL SALES MANAGER doesn’t take responsibility for his salespeople someone else should be manager or they should rethink the whole set-up all together. Chris Pannell, the manager, did not take responsibility for the issues his salesperson, Braxton Yeago, caused and just kept repeating “I don’t know what he said” and “I’m not responsible for Braxton”. Ummmm, isn’t that what a manager is for? I knew that the Valley dealerships, sorry “CMA’s Valley” were shady but I honestly thought they were better than this. If you’re smart just stay away, even if you have to drive a little ways it will be worth it. And it’s really sad that a manager has to “buck up” to a woman, dude, you should be better than that. No, I didn’t buy a car myself but the way I was talked to was sad, a manager needs to learn to take responsibility or find someone who can😒 More

Truck Yes! Valley Nissan created an enjoyable buying experience when it came to buying my truck. No pressure, no hassle, no BS, which is what I was looking for. Valley Nissan created an enjoyable buying experience when it came to buying my truck. No pressure, no hassle, no BS, which is what I was looking for. Every associate I met there was polite, and appreciated my time. Harold Wells, Ashton Johnson, Chris Parnell, and Lesley Wicks all played a part in my deal I struck. Walked, or should say drove away from the dealer in my new Titan SV feeling good about my purchase. I would definitely recommend hitting up Harold & Ashton if you’re in the market for a vehicle. They will give you 110% all day long. More

It turned out to be the result of a faulty oil plug washer after a recent dealership oil change. The day turned into a long ordeal with towing and waiting for diagnosis and resolution. These things happen in life. Inconvenient events can be stressful and ruin your day but John Brewster and his service staff turned it around. Their calm and professional approach, their systematic analysis and their honest explanation were appreciated. Then they went above and beyond with extra kindness, washing and detailing the car and performing the annual inspection before returning it to me. Thank you Valley Nissan for your excellent caring customer service. It keeps me coming back and bringing my friends to your dealership too! More
