I recently brought my Alfa Romeo Giulia to Boston Motorsports Alfa Romeo in Brighton for scheduled maintenance, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. My service advisor, Giovann Motorsports Alfa Romeo in Brighton for scheduled maintenance, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. My service advisor, Giovanni, was exceptional throughout the entire process. From check-in to pickup, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. He took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions about the maintenance and long-term care of my vehicle, kept me informed every step of the way, and made the entire visit seamless and stress-free. His communication, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service truly set him apart. I would also like to recognize Seth Wonkka, Service Manager, for his leadership and dedication to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. It's clear that he has built a service team that takes pride in its work and is committed to providing an exceptional ownership experience. The maintenance was completed efficiently and professionally, and my Giulia was returned in excellent condition. I especially appreciated that the team washed the vehicle before pickup. It was a thoughtful touch that demonstrated their commitment to customer care and left my car looking fantastic when I drove away. Experiences like this are why I continue to trust Boston Motorsports Alfa Romeo in Brighton with my vehicle. Giovanni's professionalism, expertise, and customer-first approach made this one of the best service experiences I've had at any dealership. I highly recommend Giovanni and the entire team at Boston Motorsports Alfa Romeo in Brighton to anyone looking for top-tier service and a dealership that truly values its customers.
