I Worked with Chris Nall on trading in my motorcycle to purchase a '07 E63 AMG. The entire process was stress free and hassle free from start to finish. Chris gave me an excellent trade-in offer right off the bat; an offer that several other dealerships in my state were unable to match. Chris Barone was very helpful in organizing financing, and Ms. Weaver was very informative on my aftermarket warranty questions (and eventual purchase). The car arrived far better than described; it is hard to tell that this car had ever been used! I am more than happy with my purchase/trade, and will come to CBB to purchase my next vehicle. More

When I thought I found it, it was soured by a shady dealer who argued about handling even the smallest issue. Thankfully, this was not the case at CBB. The experience I had when I left CBB was good. However, when a few issues arose with the car I chose the post-sale experience threatened to go bad; but CBB didn't allow that to happen. When I emailed James V. the issues I had he quickly responded with a plan to have them all addressed. I showed up the next day at the CBB service department who addressed all the issues I had, no questions asked. That made turned my CBB experience from good to very good. The only lingering issue I have is that I paid about $500 over book value and another $800 for add-ons put on the vehicle before I even test-drove it. These costs weren't included in the advertised price of the vehicle and was a bit of a surprise. Part of this cost was to put in tinted windows, which I'm glad they did. However, in reality were I to trade a vehicle to them with tinted windows they would not give me any additional money for it having tinted windows. With all that said, I have a 3 month/3000 mile warranty, one year of service, and a dealership that takes their reputation very seriously. More

Mercedes ML63 AMG Purchase - Great Experience I would highly recommend this dealership and sales representative Chris Nall who provided very professional and friendly service, low pressure atmosph I would highly recommend this dealership and sales representative Chris Nall who provided very professional and friendly service, low pressure atmosphere which lead to a good experience. The selection of quality high performance vehicles is excellent. I worked with Chris who was very responsive to my inquiries as I initially contacted the dealership through the internet, I did a pre-authorization on trade value through auto-trader and was pleasantly surprised that they actually offered me a slightly higher value on my trade which took that piece of drama out of the equation - received a fair price on my existing vehicle and they received a fair price for the new vehicle being purchased. Chris was knowledgable regarding the vehicles and the industry, was straight forward in all conversations and in my opinion worked in the best interest of the customer in all dealings to ensure a top rated buying experience - this is very refreshing in the industry. I have to say that this purchase was the "BEST" experience I have every had in buying a vehicle and would purchase from Certified Benz & Beemer again. More
