The person who was helping me slept through the appointment and I was late coming to work because of this. These things happen but it turned out there was no need for me car to be looked at. My iss appointment and I was late coming to work because of this. These things happen but it turned out there was no need for me car to be looked at. My issue wasn’t a software bug. Ideally, my correspondence with the dealer would have been enough for them to explain away what problem I was experiencing. My finance person also didn’t honor the amount the salesman quoted for my trade in. This bothered me the most. More

They have great communication and we appreciate the flexibility that was given to us when we needed. Chris was also fun to work with, just wished he had broken down the numbers before giving us the pa flexibility that was given to us when we needed.
