I felt supported and not pressured. I felt like everything was arranged for me to sign and expedite the process. Overall, I had an average experience without anything above or beyond. My experience with Chris in Finance was very positive. He was kind and efficient in my time with him. I did not feel pressured to purchase additional packages for my vehicle and my decisions were respected by him. More
