Chris was born in Edenton, North Carolina and has been living in Atlanta since 1988. He joined Audi Atlanta in 2003. As a senior member of our Service Department, Chris uses his many years of expert experience to advise our clients and provide them with the proper amount of attention and efficiency that they deserve. Chris is married to his high-school sweetheart, and together they have three beautiful children. He is a die-hard college football fan and enthusiastically supports the Georgia Bulldogs. Chris' favorite car is a 1967 Mustang Shelby GT 500; however, he does have a special place in his heart for the 1994 Honda Civic.

A few days later my fuel door refused to open, even with the emergency release cable. I took the car to Chris, who immediately and correctly diagnosed it. Although I had no appointment, it was fixed within 2 hours. I heard him tell someone I was between a rock and a hard place, which was true. As good a mileage as that car gets with yet terrific performance, it still does require gasoline from time to time. I highly recommend Audi Atlanta. This was my first visit there with this car, and Chris was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. More

Awesome car from a great dealership Just took delivery of a new Audi S5 Sportback from Audi of Atlanta. Greg (sales specialist) and Jeremy (new car sales director) were fantastic. I have known Jeremy for over 8 years and he is one of the most honest and helpful sales persons I have ever dealt with. He knows what I like (Audi has been my preferred brand for 20 years) and knows how to direct me to the right choices. Greg was new to me, but also a great partner and I look forward to working with him on future purchases. Audi of Atlanta stands by its loyal customers and I have been buying Audis from them for 17 years. There was no haggling. They gave me a generous loyalty discount without any hassle...and this was for a car that is so hot they could have asked for full MRSP. I will continue to be loyal to both Audi and to Jim Ellis automotive forever!!! We had so much fun with the Audi of Atlanta staff when we took delivery. Everyone was excited about this car and enjoyed the presentation of it. We took extra time with the financial director (Patrick Wolff) because we all enjoyed the experience of our taking possession of the car and Patrick immediately related to our excitement. And Greg, our sales specialist, really enjoyed showing off all of the incredible technology in the car. Our new S5 Sport back is an extraordinary car. Thank you Audi for at last bringing this model Stateside. The Navarra blue paint is the most beautiful blue I have ever seen on a car and the Rotor Gray Napa leather interior is stunning and perfectly complements the exterior color and the interior carbon fiber inlays. The B&O sound system, once you tweak the settings in the MMI to your taste and test it with a really well mixed sound track, is astonishing and rivals my monster home theater system in sound quality The virtual cockpit and head-up displays are fabulous and the driver assistance systems a huge technological advance. I LOVE THIS CAR! MY WIFE IS BEGGING ME TO MOVE BACK INTO THE HOUSE! It was really wonderful to share the excitement of getting this car with the dealership staff, who were clearly very proud to be selling such a great automobile. I have been buying Audis from Audi of Atlanta for 17 years and have always enjoyed working with them. But this was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had thanks to the terrific staff at Jim Ellis and our mutual loyalty to each other and the great brand. More

He is not only knowledgeable about the brand but he maximizes his facility with technology to bring the brand to the cutting edge of relevance. Travis created an impossible deal for me. Truly, he is a miracle worker. Travis went above and beyond, providing me not only with excellent service throughout the shopping and sales process but also with exemplary follow-through on every detail, right down to procuring floor mats for me at the last minute that I had hoped for when we were first negotiating our deal. The service team headed up by Jerry Kimbrough and Chris Lee should be called the "full-service" team in its clear investment in their customers' positive experience. 2009 Audi A6 3.0T Quattro Oil Consumption I purchased this car from another car dealer then brought to Jim Ellis Audi for "maintenance" work. The car needs extensive repairs and I'm trying to I purchased this car from another car dealer then brought to Jim Ellis Audi for "maintenance" work. The car needs extensive repairs and I'm trying to work with Jim Ellis (Chris Lee) and Audi USA to resolve oil consumption issues that requires a Crank Case Ventilation System replace ($2,900). If this doesn't fix the problem it may require an engine rebuild that will be very expensive. This car was purchased new by the previous owner in 2009 at Jim Ellis Audi. All service work was performed by the dealership until August 2016 and the car has a clean CarFax history. The car was sold at auction to another local dealer and then bought by me in September 2016. I've already spent $3,500 in repairs. Now I've found out the car needs the Crank Case work for $2,900 and may ultimately require the engine rebuilt. It's hard for me to understand how a car that has had all service and maintenance work performed without any reported issues can be sold at auction without any issues reported and then sold to me 30 days later with what could be well in excess of $10,000 repairs? Hopefully Jim Ellis Audi / Audi Atlanta will advocate on my behalf with Audi USA to help get some relief with this very expensive repair. More
