Went in for a oil change, tire rotation, and a inspection. They said it had a broken windshield wipers blade and would not pass inspection unless they replaced them at a cost of over 50 dollars. W inspection. They said it had a broken windshield wipers blade and would not pass inspection unless they replaced them at a cost of over 50 dollars. Would still have to pay for inspection if I didn't. Had used the wipers the day before they were not broke or I would had them replaced before trying to get inspection. That is called extortion! Would never buy a car from them or get any service done except oil change and that is only for maintenance records. I have a extended warranty on the car or would not even do that. More

Very displeased with this dealership. I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder 4 years ago. I went to get an oil change. I had a coupon (which I paid for in the contract) only to get to the dealer I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder 4 years ago. I went to get an oil change. I had a coupon (which I paid for in the contract) only to get to the dealership to hear the coupon has expired(which it had no expiration date on the coupon). Keep in mind this is the second time I've been to the dealership dealing with this problem when they told me the issue was fix. (I) nor would I recommend ANYONE to buy/service at this dealership. And this is my last Nissan. More

this is by far the worst dealership I have ever been to. Have debated on posting anything but I want to protect you as a customer from what I have went through the last year! 1st off the person who sold me Have debated on posting anything but I want to protect you as a customer from what I have went through the last year! 1st off the person who sold me the car (used) lied about the age of the car which I finally caught while signing papers. They then put the wrong mileage on my paper work which I then had to have fixed after I bought the car. fast forward two days and she was in the shop for the 1st of many many times. In the first 34 days I owned my car I drove it for 14 of those days! not consecutively as I had 5 loner cars in that time. Also give me the wrong tag and in the 14 days I did have it I was driving with an illegal tag! then let's just say over a year my car was in the shop more times than I can count. fast forward 1 year and my car would not pass its state inspection because they illegally passed it when i bought it with to dark of tent on it and tried to say i put the tent on after I bought it. when I informed them I had taken pictures of the car the day I bought it before I even left the lot they changed thier tone and offered to take the tent off and inspect it! ummm after accusing me of putting something illegal on my car nope don't think so. i asked to be put in a different car comparable to the one I was in. they showed me xxx cars and when I told them no and not to run my credit till i talked to my husband they still ran it!!! I took my business to a new dealership and have had an excellent experience. dont do business with this dealership they dont care about you just a sale and won't own up to doing something wrong! More

Unprofessional and Rude I purchased used car from them. they promised me to give a cleaned car doing complete detailing but when I visited for delivery I found the car in the I purchased used car from them. they promised me to give a cleaned car doing complete detailing but when I visited for delivery I found the car in the same condition which i saw on day 1. It was no clean and not detailed. I saw hairs on the seat which was awful. when I requested to the sales guys then they said we dont do detailing and they can do this much only for used cars which was surprising. Another incidence was regarding keys, they provided only one key when I asked the other one then they said we dont have it.After 3 months they found the other one and I got it thorough the post. Meantime I paid for a duplicate key out of my pocket. the sales Manager was the best example of arrogance and rudeness. He was very arrogant in his language and behavior and this was surprising to me. Only finance department and the people working there are nice.. They never respond to your calls, Voice mails will never be answered. You will be kept on hold for long.. Once you buy a car your customer value drops drastically and you become transparent for them. More
