Wonderful! Sammy was out car sales man during this most recent truck purchase and he was absolutely amazing for us. He took the time to listen to what we needed Sammy was out car sales man during this most recent truck purchase and he was absolutely amazing for us. He took the time to listen to what we needed out of the vehicle and what we could afford and found the perfect fit for us. He was incredibly helpful with explaining the ins and outs of buying a used vehicle and more than willing to help us with the few minor faults we found on the truck when we picked it up. He was always reachable during the process for questions and concerns and we will absolutely be seeing him again when we get another vehicle! Chris was our financial manager and he was great too, he explained in great detail what each of the coverage options were and helped us understand how the coverage worked, as well as making sure we didn’t go over budget, he was patient and understanding and very helpful for making the best choice for our situation. The only downside of the entire event was one hiccup with upper management about fixing a part on our truck they had agreed to replace before we bought it, and then tried to take that agreement back based on miscommunication, but it was all resolved quickly and easily and they kept their word as promised. Overall extremely happy with our service here More

I was not treated right. I went in for a free recall, back windshield wiper blade and engine light.check.
