Best Car-Buying Experience Ever! Over the past 18+ months I have purchased 2 used autos from Bob Wade - a Ford Explorer and 2 months ago a Subaru Outback. Chris Hite sold me the Explo Over the past 18+ months I have purchased 2 used autos from Bob Wade - a Ford Explorer and 2 months ago a Subaru Outback. Chris Hite sold me the Explorer. He was interested in what I wanted, very knowledgeable, no pressure and made my entire experience a pleasant one. After the sale Chris followed up with me 3 times over the next 2 months. The main reason I returned to buy a Subaru from Bob Wade was because of the experience I had with Chris. I knew Helen Shibut, Subaru salesperson, from a civic organization and would see her a few times a year. The last time I saw Helen she was so excited about working at Bob Wade, and raved about how wonderful her used Subaru was. When I saw the on-line listing for the Outback, I called Helen with full confidence that I would again be treated well at Bob Wade Auto World. Helen did not disappoint. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, no pressure, and customer-focused like Chris Hite. Helen has also followed up with me after my purchase. All of the staff at Bob Wade that assisted me with my purchase were wonderful and made me feel at ease with my major purchases. Additional thanks to Steve G. (Explorer) and Erin B. (Outback) as they handled the paperwork and answered all my questions. Thank you Bob Wade for the best car buying experiences that I have ever had! More
