While replacing the engine, they scratched paint, damaged headlight, left car filthy, forgot to secure the steering wheel. Car had been returned 7 times over the course of 3 months and was still leaking 1/2 quart of oil per day when moved it to another dealer. They found dozens of stripped bolts, oil leaking from nearly every gasket and seal, multiple valve tappets installed incorrectly, both cams scratched, and the timing set incorrectly yet again. This will likely result in a replacement long block. Shame on the mechanics at Nazareth Ford. Not once did a manager get involved or try to contact me. I guess his name is Todd. He never seemed to be in the building when I asked to speak with him. I am beyond disappointed with this dealer and with with Ford. Poor workmanship and staff doesn't seem to take any pride in their work. It's sad that I have to leave a review like this but other people should know what I've been through. Please avoid the nightmare and go somewhere else. My service advisor Tim was very nice throughout the entire process though. I feel bad for him because I doubt any of this is his fault. More
