Little to no communication from service department. I had to personally go to the dealership to get any answers due to no return calls. After 4 months of having my vehicle it was returned completely fi I had to personally go to the dealership to get any answers due to no return calls. After 4 months of having my vehicle it was returned completely filthy and not washed. I also had to return the car twice due to engine light turning on. Very disappointed with service. Never had this issue with previous service manager Jaclyn. Also went online to complain and was assured someone would reach out within 24hrs. Still have not received a call. More
