They had a great sense of humor while being honest and transparent about pricing. They spent much time and effort explaining the steps to buying a car, the car itself, maintenance, and other "fatherly" advice. Even when there were difficulties with our insurance (no fault of theirs), they maintained a positive atmosphere and continued their sense of humor while "going to bat" for us. It was the best car we have ever had.....and the only foreign car we have owned. We ended up buying a new 2017 Subaru Crosstrek and are very happy with it. Throughout the process we continued to be impressed by the loyalty and professionalism and advice of our salesman George Costa. He went the extra mile for us throughout the process. Moreover he has a fine personality, friendly manner, and a very good sense of humor. I am 71 and have bought many new cars throughout my life............about 20. I have never had a better salesman and have never dealt with a better dealership.
