We've purchased cars from Royal Moore for 25 years or so now. Always a good experience. Service on both the Toyota and Subaru side has been excellent as well. In this case, Jeremy Redfield was great. So overall the experience was very good. Buying a car is just a stressful experience and it really should not be. It would be nice to just know that everyone is getting the best possibly and same price. J just a stressful experience and it really should not be. It would be nice to just know that everyone is getting the best possibly and same price. Just too bad the industry does not just make one price for a car. I felt we got a fair price but really no real way of knowing and that is just too bad and a drawback for the industry. I would recommend the guys who worked with us. I feel like they were fair and doing the best with what they had to offer. It’s just really the industry that makes me crazy. I think the whole industry could use as overhaul! More

I just wasted my time for 5 hours and got lied to by this kid about my deal. He lost my buissnes. I went to Wilsonville Subaru and drove off with the same vehicle in less than 2 hours.
