I've appreciated his friendly and enthusiastic attitude (I think he was more excited about seeing my new car than I was), good communication and willingness to go the extra mile for me (he was able to get the expiration date of a Drive for Team USA incentive extended when the delivery date of the car I ordered slipped). I came away with a comparably equipped new 340xi and a lower monthly lease payment! The supporting cast for this purchase (Rick, Chris) and everyone else I've interacted with in the service department over the last several years have been great as well. Highly recommended! More

After some initial trepidation, we decided to finally buy a new car and after visiting numerous dealerships, landed on Autohaus BMW. While I had dreaded the process, I realized my worries were unfounded once we got to know Joe. He walked us through the process and negotiated a very fair deal. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The walk through of the vehicles features with my wife and I by resident "BMW genius" Chris Buie was a nice touch as well.
