There is not a worse dealership in the world to lease from than Audi. The customer service is abysmal. Difficult to get a loaner vehicle when having service work done. They charge you for the gas used from than Audi. The customer service is abysmal. Difficult to get a loaner vehicle when having service work done. They charge you for the gas used on the loaner vehicle, although they do not know how much gas you used. The charge just shows up on your credit card. False charges for work that doesn't need to be done. They said I needed new brakes when the car had 20,000 miles on it. Total ripoff. Then, 6 months after turning the car in, I receive a bill for property tax. Ridiculous. More
