I’ve been proud to call Schomp my home for more than 16 years. Prior to working at Schomp, I was a service manager at Montgomery Ward for 12 years. I grew up in Englewood, Colorado and am a true Colorado native. I enjoy playing golf, going to my son’s sporting events and spending time with my family. I like all Denver sports teams, but CU football has to be my favorite.

Terrible service appointment They left the radiator reserve cap off during a routine service appointment. I called several times as I’m stranded without a car. No answer on last c They left the radiator reserve cap off during a routine service appointment. I called several times as I’m stranded without a car. No answer on last call and I was promised a call from the supervisor previously. The car can’t be driven, it has coolant all over it, and I have no way to work tomorrow. I’ve never seen anything like this. The worst! More

Service review Scheduled a service stop to deal with some warranty items. dropped my vehicle off and told them to add an oil change to this list. They wanted to replace the tires I said no at this time. 2 weeks go by and due to ordering parts with very little communication during this time. Finally after 2 week I get a voice mail asking if I wanted an oil change and to replace the tires. I called back left a voice mail to say just the oil change and to call me back ASAP to talk about picking up my vehicle. I received no call back for 5 hours. finally after pestering them for a few hours I get a hold of someone and told them I could pick it up the next day now because it was to late. I said I would be there in the early AM. They never cleaned the car nor were they ready for me the next day. I can say I will never use Schomp again and that the treatment I received was horrid. worst service experience ever. More
